I think you may be getting confused with Turmeric which does come from a root and is a far cheaper way to colour rice etc.than Saffron which as I men are comes from a Crocus and cost as much as gold per ounce.

Wow, here are quite the experts at work! Saffron is not a root, it's the stigma of crocus sativa and probably the most expensive spice in the world.

Medicinal uses
The active components present in saffron have many therapeutic applications in many traditional medicines since long time ago as anti-spasmodic, carminative, diaphoretic. Research studies have shown that, safranal, a volatile oil found in the spice, has antioxidant, cytotoxicity towards cancer cells, anticonvulsant and antidepressant properties. Αlfa-crocin, a carotenoid compound, which gives the spice its characteristic golden-yellow color, has been anti-oxidant, anti-depressant, and anti-cancer properties.

First or all, Saffron is not a root... as they said in this video. So they don't even know what they are talking about.
If you watch this video, apparently it's for people who read really slow.
The video after this one by the same person says Saffron will cure everything from your sex life to hair loss.

Saffron is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus,
commonly known as the "saffron crocus". Saffron crocus grows to 20–30 cm
and bears up to four flowers, each with three vivid crimson stigmas,
which are the distal end of a carpel. The styles and stigmas, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoning and colouring agent in food.

Of course, you're going to age, no matter what. We can't, sadly, jump into time machines and turn back the clock. But "growing old," so to speak, is optional. Gray hair, wrinkles, aching joints, slower mobility, poor memory, and other symptoms that we associate with growing old can largely be ameliorated with adequate detoxifying enzymes. Some key tips that will help: Eat organic foods as much as you can, don't overcook your food, and avoid processed foods. Most importantly, eat foods that increase, on a genetic level, your body's level of detoxifying enzymes. In this video (and in my upcoming book, The Gene Therapy Plan: Taking Control of Your Genetic Destiny With Diet and Lifestyle, which is being released by Viking on 4/21/15), I talk about foods like broccoli, kale, beets, cilantro, coriander, avocado, and more. I also give recommendations on how to prepare these foods. It's time to get cooking!

4 Ways Travel Can Enrich Your Personal and Professional Life
4 Ways Travel Can Enrich Your Personal and Professional Life
By Jürgen Himmelmann
There’s nothing like the moment your plane touches down in your destination country. It’s the moment reality hits you: You’re not in Kansas anymore. You’re overseas, and adventure awaits. Many people overlook the personal and professional benefits travel can bring. By the time I was 18, I had been around the world at least 10 times and visited more than 20 countries. Travel opened my eyes to new communities, cultures, and experiences that changed my life.
Exploring the world can enrich your perceptions and open the door to future opportunities.
The Life-Enriching Benefits of Travel
It’s tempting to view travel merely as an opportunity to party with friends or check tourist sights off your bucket list. But by considering the value of these opportunities, you’ll appreciate the experiences more.
Whether you’re studying abroad, spring breaking with friends, or going on a European backpacking adventure, travel can help you:
Mature. Traveling abroad quickly transforms you into an adult. I’ve witnessed friends take an extended break for trips around the world on a shoestring budget. They came back completely changed. Leaving the comforts of home to explore unknown areas teaches you independence.
Gain perspective. Before I visited Thailand, I pictured a third-world country that was dirty, disorganized, and unsafe. I was completely wrong. Parts of Thailand are still developing and missing many regulations we have. For example, no one follows the rules of the road. People ride openly between vehicles. They park wherever they can find a spot amidst the chaos. But it works — in many ways, more efficiently than Western roadways.
Define your story. From buses breaking down to flight delays, you create your own story of adventure. When I speak with peers, the ones who’ve traveled have the most interesting stories to tell and engage their audience immediately.
Eliminate regrets. How often do you hear older people say they wish they’d seen more of the world before it was too late? Traveling gives you a sense of accomplishment, an understanding of different cultures, and an appreciation of the comforts of home.
Extend Your Experiences
When You Return Whether you take vacation time from work, a gap year, or a volunteer holiday, travel can offer amazing experiences essential to your personal and professional development. But you shouldn’t let discovery and growth stop when you return. Make sure you continue to learn by forming personal and professional connections.
Leverage LinkedIn. Travel boosts employability. Young people can especially benefit from experiences that set them apart from their peers. Successful travel relies on maturity, independence, and problem solving, which every employer is looking for.
Gain knowledge of other customs. When you only know one country, life abroad is limited to your perceptions. It’s difficult to understand how different other cultures are without firsthand experience. Use these experiences to make deeper connections with people from different cultures. Your knowledge about German history could be the reason you land a new client.
The excitement and influence of travel goes beyond the journey itself. Leaving your home strengthens your independence and resolve, helps you build your professional network and communication skills, and gives you unforgettable experiences that last a lifetime.
Jürgen Himmelmann is the director and co-founder of The Global Work & Travel Co., a one-stop shop for travelers seeking fulfilling and meaningful long-term experiences abroad. The Global Work & Travel Co. is one of the world’s fastest-growing youth travel brands and has offices in Surfers Paradise in Queensland, Australia, Vancouver, and London. The company sells to Australian, New Zealand, European, Canadian, and U.S. markets and employs more than 80 people globally.

An artisanal Bible: A handwritten copy, four years in the makingPhillip Patterson transcribing the King James Bible. (Mike Groll / Associated Press)
Jenny Hendrix
A man in upstate New York has just about finished a task that was common enough until the invention of the printing press: Over the past four years, he has copied the King James Bible by hand, the Associated Press reports.
Phillip Patterson, a 63-year-old resident of Philmont, N.Y., a town near the Massachusetts border, may be an unlikely scribe for the Bible. He is not especially religious, for one thing, though he does go to church. A retired interior designer whose battles with anemia and AIDS have often slowed his work, he began the monumental task mostly out of curiosity.

In 2007, Patterson's longtime partner, Mohammed, told him about the Islamic tradition of writing out the Koran by hand. When Patterson said that the Bible was too long for Christianity to have a similar tradition, Mohammed said, well, he should start it.
"I hadn't counted on the fact that it would be so beautiful," Patterson told the AP. "Or that it would be so exhilarating. And so long."

Although counts disagree, according to most sources, the King James Bible has 788,000 words or more.
Patterson uses sheets of 19-by-13-inch watercolor paper for his task, which he rules by hand with pencil lines. Sitting at a desk by his bed, he tracks the page of his hardcover Bible with one hand, and writes, using felt-tip pens, with the other. When the page is finished, he erases the pencil lines, leaving black ink on a clear white page.
At first, Patterson used to work 14-hour days on the project, and he still works until he can no longer stay awake, usually about six to eight hours a day. He says he particularly enjoyed working on the Book of Ruth, disliked all the plagues and killing, and found the character of Jesus somewhat glib, though he found his message laudable. There were times, Patterson said, when he didn't think he would live to finish, but now he believes he's become more patient, more loving, and more open to difference due to this work.
The project has been documented by photographer Laura Glazer, who has shot more than 4,000 pictures of Patterson at work. According to Glazer, Patterson has little in common with the medieval monks whose task this historically was. "He's not a martyr or a saint," she said. "That's what's so nice. It's just what he does. He's not trying to prove anything to anybody. He's making something beautiful."
Patterson will write out the final lines of the Book of Revelations in a ceremony at his church on Saturday, following which he will discuss the Bible with a theologian. The books themselves will be bound and given to the church, St. Peter's Presbyterian.

Attract Happiness: 3 Awesome Secrets for a Happy Life
June 5, 20160
How to Be Happier
Happiness is in this moment, and this moment only. You will never be happy in the future because you will never be in the future. You are not happy in the past, because you are not in the past.
This moment has infinite potential for gratitude, creativity and love. They are the main keys to happiness.
The First Way to Happiness is Gratitude
Each moment contains infinite valid reasons for gratitude. Recognizing it is a habit. Every time you practice gratitude it becomes easier to do it again.
Conditions of Gratitude
The obstacle to gratitude is never the world or your circumstances. The obstacles are your conditions. We set up conditions for when we are allowed to feel gratitude.
“I can feel gratitude when I have a girlfriend.”
“I can feel gratitude when my car has more than 150 horsepower.”
“I can feel gratitude when I have a million dollars in my bank account”.
As you reach these goals you feel gratitude for maybe a few minutes or a few days, then you need something else to allow yourself the gift of gratitude. It never ends.
Unlocking Your Potential for Gratitude
The way to happiness. Ivy leafRealize that you can feel grateful right now. You have infinite reasons to be grateful contained inside your skin. There is another infinitude of potential gratitude in the room you are in right now. Realize this and start practicing. Gratitude is a habit. Find three things you are grateful for right now.
Finished?
You just fired neural pathways related to gratitude three times. Each time you triggered changes in your brain. Every single time you fire neural pathways of gratitude, you pave those pathways. It becomes easier for electricity to flow through. Practicing gratitude makes it easier, and more automatic, to practice gratitude. Choose to be grateful. Choose to be happy.
Benefits of Gratitude
Gratitude is a sure-fire method for triggering release of feel-good chemicals like dopamine. These brain chemicals, called neurotransmitters, amp up your brain. You feel better and your brain is tuned up to a higher frequency. It is easier to be creative. It is easier to love.
Learn how to stimulate release of dopamine, serotonin and other brain chemicals from our course: Control Your Brain Chemistry
The Second Way to Happiness is Creativity
Each moment contains infinite possibilities for creativity. Creativity is a powerful trigger for getting into the flow state. When you are in flow you forget all notions of time. Your brain works at its best. You feel like you could achieve anything. Your creative power is unleashed.
Enter Flow
Creativity is a feedback loop. Creativity helps you enter flow. Flow makes you more creative.
Ask yourself, “What do I desire?”
The way to happiness. Heart of ice.In the words of Alan Watts, “What would you do if money was no object?”
The world is longing for your art. The world is longing for you to change it. Art can take many forms.
Work on your projects. Live your dream in this moment. Practice music. Improve your work situation.
Improve on anything. Learn about the world and about yourself. Creativity and learning walks hand in hand.
Continuously challenge yourself. Be creative on the edge of your current abilities.
What is the most important thing you can create for the world?
And love the creative work you do unconditionally.
Learn how to enter flow and learn faster in Primal Learning.
The Third Way to Happiness is Love
The way to happiness. Heart shaped leaves.Love is a verb. To love. Love is something you do. Desire, pride and joy are some of the feelings that can accompany love. Our society tells a story of love being intense emotions. But our emotions fluctuate. If our emotions decide how we act, we will only love when we feel good.
Your fickle emotions lead you astray, but love is always available. You can practice love even if you don’t feel like it. Let love decide and realize that the emotions follow. When you love, no matter how you feel, you start feeling better. You start feeling those feelings that accompany love.
If you seek love, you lose love. If you give love you receive love.

Conditional Love
Your only obstacles for love are the conditions you set up.
“I love him when he sings.”
“I go over and kiss her when I feel good.”
“I love myself when I perform admirably.”
You block yourself from love when you set up conditions. Each moment contains the potential for love, regardless of your feelings or external circumstances. You can kiss her even though you feel bad. You can love yourself all the time, unconditionally.
Unconditional love of Others
When you remove the judgment, love takes its place. We continuously judge what others do as good or bad. When we remove all judgments, we can be fully present in the moment with that other person. Acts of love flow effortlessly out of that state of non-judgment.
Making judgments is a habit. We have done it our whole lives, cementing the neural pathways of judgment. To reach the state of non-judgment you practice letting go of judgments as they arrive. Replace them with acts of love.
Unconditional Love of Self
Everything above applies to love of self. We have a habit of judging ourselves. Self-judgment creates a distortion between reality and our concept of self. We start suppressing parts of ourselves.
The way to happiness. redleaf. red leaf. red leaf plants. The most common condition for self-love is that others must love us first. When others do not like us we feel deep shame and judge ourselves.
Realize that you need no reason to love yourself. You are worthy of your own love right now. You will never be more worthy and you have never been more worthy. When you love yourself unconditionally you become free to be you. There are no longer any conditions for love, so you can be true to yourself.
Self-love is also a habit, as is self-judgment. Let go of the judgment and love takes its place. Every time you catch yourself judging yourself, let go and make a decision to love yourself.
The way to love yourself is to practice gratitude, creativity and love.
Unconditional love,
G

The video is fine - it gives a visual and provides music, while allowing time to list each referenced plant and it's details - all info in the description box.
(am shaking my head - I do believe YouTube Comments is an area that folks seem to enjoy (venting, whining, complaining - as if they maybe don't have a voice anywhere else in their lives)
We all need to look at the Negative Nellies as in need of a venue and not take it to heart :-)
Any plants that "change personalities"?
lol - "a Narcissist Fly Trap"! heeheehee -
Thx!

THE RUSSIAN PHOENIX – HOPE OR ILLUSION – AN EXOPOLITICAL PERSPECTIVE
WRITTEN BY DR MICHAEL SALLA ON AUGUST 30, 2016. POSTED IN WORLD POLITICS
inShare
Subscribe: SpecificFeeds
Vladimir Putin speaks with his hand on the Constitution during his inauguration ceremony as new Russia's president in Moscow Monday, May 7, 2012. Putin has been sworn in as Russia's president for a third term after four years as prime minister. (AP Photo/RIA Novosti Kremlin, Vladimir Rodionov, Presidential Press Service)
Under President Vladimir Putin, Russia has witnessed a remarkable rise back to becoming a first rate military power capable of challenging U.S. hegemony around the world. More importantly, Russia is a key element of a global alliance (BRICS) in challenging plans for a New World Order contrived by banking elites that form an “Invisible Government”.
This Phoenix-like resurgence of Russia has led to competing narratives about it being either a hope for a better planetary future, or conversely an illusory opposition to U.S. hegemony as part of a contrived power dialectic controlled by the Invisible Government. This has led to competing camps who either champion Russia’s policies at a global level, or criticize them as being little more than controlled opposition to the Invisible Government.
Helping chart a reasonable path through the competing narratives about Russia is a very well thought out article by Dr. Moti Nissani titled “The Russian Phoenix: Hope or Illusion?” Published on February 3, 2016, Nissani examines many of Russia’s ambivalent approaches to helping its citizens, global debt bondage, mass media, the environment, etc.
What Nissani doesn’t do, however, is consider the exopolitical element behind the Invisible Government. In short, exopolitics is the study of extraterrestrial life and its political implications. If extraterrestrials secretly influence governments, as many researchers and whistleblowers claim, then a study of Russia’s opposition to the Invisible Government needs to consider this possibility.
exopolitics_definition1
Source: Exopolitics Institute
Nissani starts his article with an anecdote of widespread perceptions about Russia by many around the world and numerous analysts:
When I visit a barbershop in Beirut or Amman, and am asked ‘where are you from?’ (It used to be a painfully confusing and complex question to answer, just a few years ago), I now simply reply: “Russia,” and people come and hug me and say, ‘Thank you.’
It is not because Russia is perfect. It is not perfect–as no country on Earth could or should be. But it is because it is standing once more against the Empire, and the Empire has brought so many horrors, so much humiliation, to so many people; to billions of people around the world . . . and to them, to so many of them, anyone who is standing against the Empire, is a hero. This I heard recently, first hand, from people in Eritrea, China, Russia, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Venezuela, and South Africa, to name just a few places.
Nissani contrasts this positive narrative about Russia with another narrative of it being “controlled opposition” to a New World Order, which essentially offers an illusory or false choice. He quotes author Brandon Smith who writes about the false choice between Democratic and Republican parties in the U.S., and how this equally applies to the world arena:
What truly disturbs me is that our movement can be so awake and aware of the false left/right paradigm while remaining astonishingly naïve and short sighted when it comes to the false East/West paradigm. There are no “sides” in any modern conflict, only proxies fighting on a global chessboard controlled by the same elitist interests…. War is meant to forcefully change the “inertia” of civilization, and thus, forcefully change the direction of civilization in a manner that benefits the engineers of the conflict….”
After examining a number of Russian policies that provide fodder for proponents of either narrative, Nissani offers a way out of the dilemma over the correct approach to Russia and its ambivalent policies.
He identifies Russia’s timidity and caution in providing a full throated challenge to the “Invisible Government” that controls the U.S. and the world. He offers 11 explanations for this timidity, the second of which he appears to find most persuasive:
2. A second, more convincing explanation for Russian puzzling timidity is again offered by the Saker:
“I am sure that Putin fully realizes that, at least potentially, his policy of resistance, sovereignization and liberation can lead to an intercontinental nuclear war and that Russia is currently still weaker than the AngloZionist Empire. Just as in the times of Stolypin, Russia desperately needs a few more years of peace to develop herself and fully stand up.”
This leads to Nissani completing his article by raising two questions over how to respond to Russia:
The first question is: Should we—humanitarians or revolutionaries—sympathize with Russia in its current half-hearted struggle with the Invisible Government? …
The second question is: Should we dedicate our meager resources exclusively to our own revolutionary program, or should we also divert some resources to Russia’s dubious struggle for building an alternative to the Invisible Government?
He concludes with his final answer to the question of whether Russia presents hope or illusion for the rest of humanity:
To sum up my own appraisal. Progressives and revolutionaries of every nation on earth ought to sympathize with the Russian government’s struggle against the bankers. However, they cannot realistically expect that government to do their work for them. When it comes to the crucial struggle for survival, freedom, peace, and justice, they are on their own.
Nissani’s article is impressive in its even handed coverage of issues related to Russia’s half-hearted opposition to the Invisible Government. There is, however, a glaring deficiency which is critical for understanding Putin and Russia’s apparent timidity here.
If the “Invisible Government” comprises mere humans from elite banking families, as Nissani and most contemporary geopolitics researchers assume, then Russian timidity is truly an enigma which at best is simply a survival strategy to gain time to confront the international banking elite, or at worst “controlled opposition” at a global level designed to present an illusory choice to humanity.
If, however, the “Invisible Government” comprises entities who genetically are more extraterrestrial than human, some of whom can live centuries if not thousands of years, then Putin’s timidity becomes much more understandable.
This is where the classic books, The Gods of Eden (1993) by William Bramley, and Rule by Secrecy (2001) by Jim Marrs, become helpful in understanding Putin and Russia. Both depict extraterrestrials as having intervened in human affairs since antiquity, and being directly involved in controlling human societies through hybrid rulers that maintained extraterrestrial influenced bloodlines.
Direct historical support for Bramley and Marrs’s radical thesis comes from the Ancient Egyptian historian Manetho, who wrote about the rule of Gods (extraterrestrials) and Demigods (human-ET hybrids) before the 30 human dynasties began around 3100 BC in Ancient Egypt.
Manetho cited the extremely long lives of the Gods and the Demigods, who first openly ruled human societies, before delegating leadership responsibilities to human elites. This gave birth to the concept of the Divine Right of Kings, who either through direct bloodline and/or extraterrestrial approval, could claim that their crowns were divinely sanctioned.
Egypt-Alien-Gods-Ancient-Code
Source: Ancient Code
Manetho’s writings therefore give the first historical reference to the “Invisible Government.” At the core of its membership are extraterrestrials and their hybrids who controlled human leaders from behind the scenes, and have done so for over 5000 years!
This takes us to the modern era and the situation involving extraterrestrials and the Invisible Government. William Tompkins, a retired aerospace engineer, revealed that during World War II, he served on a covert Navy operation that deployed 29 spies in Nazi occupied Europe. The Navy spies not only learned about the secrets behind many advanced Nazi aerospace programs, but also that the Nazis had reached an agreement with a Reptilian extraterrestrial race called the Draconians.
The Nazi-Draconian alliance led to the establishment of bases in Antarctica in 1939, and after the failed Operation Highjump Navy expedition in 1947, agreements were eventually imposed upon the U.S. Military Industrial Complex. This culminated in multiple secret space programs being developed as described in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.
What the testimony of Tompkins and others described in Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs, is that the Soviet Union was left out of the loop when it came to advanced aerospace technologies acquired through secret agreements with Nazis and Reptilians. Essentially, the Invisible Government had chosen the U.S. and its NATO allies as the principal mechanism for establishing a New World Order that would in essence be a covert Fourth Reich.
Consequently, the Soviet Union and its Warsaw Pact allies directly opposed the agenda of the Fourth Reich/Invisible Government which ultimately prevailed and orchestrated the collapse of the Soviet Union.
The Phoenix-like re-emergence of Russia once again has led to the Russian people becoming a powerful opponent to the Invisible Government and its many global tentacles as exemplified in institutions such as NATO, European Union, Bilderberg Group, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, etc.
However, Russia has lost its former East European allies and now has NATO on its borders, threatening to expand further into former Soviet Republics such as Georgia and Ukraine. This has required Russia taking a far more cautious approach than the former Soviet Union in opposing the NATO/Fourth Reich/Invisible Government agenda.
Russia has slowly built up a new alliance of nations, the BRICS, in order to oppose the New World Order agenda in the economic sphere. Nevertheless, the Invisible Government through its many tentacles and extraterrestrial elements is a potent adversary, which is highly dangerous. In his article, Nissani refers to the threat of a nuclear armageddon if Russia directly acts to expose and/or take on the Invisible Government.
In addition to thermonuclear weapons there are even more dangerous “torsion field” weapons developed in compartmentalized programs controlled by the Invisible Government that could be deployed. According to the historian, Dr. Joseph Farrell, these torsion field weapons were first actively developed by Nazi Germany.
If extraterrestrials are indeed a key element in either the composition or conduct of an Invisible Government, then Russia’s response to the latter requires a deeper level of analysis than that provided by Nissani and conventional geopolitical analysts.
This requires that we move from analyzing geopolitics as a two dimensional game of chess with clearly identified international actors and processes impacting one another, to a three dimensional chess game involving hidden extraterrestrial and non-terrestrial elements.
An exopolitical level of analysis to geopolitics is required that adequately identifies the extraterrestrial and other non-human elements influencing the Invisible Government, and how major nations such as Russia respond to these hidden influences.

Donald Trump was elected the 45th President of the United States after what was surely one of the most controversial election cycles in United States history.
Trump based much of his campaign around the idea that he is sick of how the “average American” is being treated, and vowed to change it. But just who is this “average American” and how much does Donald Trump have in common with him? Let’s see in this comparison of Donald Trump vs the Average American.
At 6’3″ tall, Trump towers over the average American male by 5 inches (5’10”). The Donald is also bigger sideways, weighing in at a purported 236 lbs versus the 191 lbs average for the American male. Donald’s hand size was the butt of many jokes this election season, but in reality they are only a quarter of an inch smaller than the average American male’s hand (7.25″ vs 7.44″). Trump’s hair color is a rather “interesting” shade of blonde, and his eyes are blue. The most common hair and eye color for Americans is brown. At 70 years old, Donald Trump is twice the age of the average American who is only 36.8 years old.
As far as education is concerned, Donald Trump has one up on the average American with his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. The average American’s highest level of education is high school.
So far, Trump isn’t that far off the average. It’s when looking at his finances where things really start to deviate. Trump has made it incredibly difficult to nail down exact numbers when it comes to his wealth, but we have a pretty good idea of his financial holdings.
Donald Trump’s net worth is estimated to be around $3.7 billion dollars (though he swears that number is higher) compared to the average American’s net worth of $61,000. This means Trump’s net worth is a whopping 60,000 times greater than that of the average American. His yearly earnings from all income sources are reported to be $500 million vs. the $54,000 a year the average American makes. If Donald worked 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, he would have to work only 13 minutes to earn as much as an average American does in a whole year.
According to Donald Trump, he received a $1 million “loan” from his father in the late ‘70s. When adjusted for inflation, that amounts to $7,000,000 in today’s money. That is very different from the average American, who might receive a mere $24,000 from his relatives.Upon the death of a parent, the typical American inherits $177,000. While the exact amount is unclear, it is estimated that Donald, at the age of 53, inherited upwards of $100 million after his father’s passing.Much of Donald Trump’s business success has been in the world of real estate. In addition to his many business developments, Donald Trump has 6 homes. The average American? Just one.
At 30,000 square feet, Donald Trump’s New York City Penthouse apartment could fit more than 30 average American apartments, which are approximately 982 square feet. Trump sports an exotic 10 car collection featuring a Rolls Royce Phantom, Lamborghini Diablo, and a Mercedes Benz SLR Mclaren, not to mention his private Boeing 757. The average American has zero planes and is lucky if he can own 2 cars at the same time.
Trump likes to brag that he is a very charitable person, but he only donates $185,000 a year, or 0.037% of his annual income, while the average person donates $843 dollar every year, or 1.5% of their annual income.
Donald Trump has been married 3 different times and has a total of 5 children. The average American marries only once and generally has approximately 2 children. On a related note – the average American has 1 extramarital affair in his lifetime, and while we are unable to confirm the exact number, it is assumed that Donald has had many more than that. Donald has repeatedly stated that he has never had a drop of alcohol; this separates him from the 63% of Americans who drink regularly…Let’s hope he doesn’t try to bring back Prohibition!
Donald Trump recently said he has never used an ATM machine; this separates his from the average American who uses an ATM machine 7 times a month. Also, the Donald does not use a computer, which he has in common with only 13% of the American population.
Social media has been a gift and a curse for Donald Trump. With 16 million followers, anything he says is sure to reach the world’s ears. The average American has just 208 followers; they’ll be lucky if their tweets reach their friends. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XHEDf8hPMQ Donald Trump vs Average American - Who Is Better - Celebrity / Presidential Comparison

Of course you can't refute the things I've just said to you, just like you couldn't with anyone else. I'm not very surprised. Yet, when someone calls you out on your broken system of communication, you play the victim and claim people are trying to shut you down. You're a drama queen if I've ever heard of one. Then, you claim that you "fight for what I believe is right". You're making replies to a comment on a YouTube video on the internet. You aren't fighting shit. Read my last comment again, and this time actually think about what the words mean.

Trump had a small loan of $1 million, turned that money into a net worth of $10 billion. That's 10,000 times more money than what it once was. I would love to see what an average American who inherits 24 grand will do with it. What will this person do with it? I doubt 999,999 out of 1,000,000 people wouldn't spent it for something else, than rather turning it into over $200 million. My point being, is that Trump cares for America. If you don't believe that, get your eyes checked and your ears cleaned. Just watch a news video over a decade ago where Trump was sadden about an ice rink that kids use to play in and was going to be deconstructed and foreclosure because nobody knew how to solve it's ice problem. Thankfully he bought it and spent less money than the past owners and finished it under 4 months whereas others tried for YEARS. That's how he got my vote and also the illegal immagrantion shit too. I'm Filipino, first American from immagrant parents on both sides and I'm proud to have voted for Trump as my President.

Ok, Hillary. But I will have to check you on those emails. Lol, but actually its an interesting story. Basically the Turkish conquered Constantinople which was the Capital of Eastern Rome. This meant the Roman Empire was no more.
They were beaten, destroyed, vamoosed, however, the Roman Empire's dynasty continued on within the Russian Imperial family, as the Byzantine Emperor's closest surviving heir had become a part of its ranks. Thus the Russians made a claim to being the last vestige of the Roman Empire, and, at least technically, they were legitimate. Compounding on this was the fact the Orthodox Church, the last surviving Roman institution supported the claim, and the fact that the King of Muscovy had married the sister of the last Roman Emperor.
Then came the fall of the Russian Empire and the birth of the U.S.S.R. where the Imperial family was ousted and Russia could no longer claim to be the home of a "Roman" bloodline or government. So what then? Who was left with tenuously legitimate Roman succession? The Finnish, having declared independence under a "White" as opposed to "Red" government now was technically the last Russian monarchy... but most of the royal family was dead at this point so they said fuck it. Thus died the very last vestige of an ancient lineage. Eh not bad though.

+Bradley Simonson ok i apologize, i thought you were biased because you told the person saying he's not a hypocrite that they might not even be able to prove it, but you didn't say anything to the person who was saying he is. you could have asked them both for their side. and you said, "but why should he have to prove it first if you're not able to even prove your point." first of all shush with this "if you're not able to even prove your point." secondly, that is how an argument works. when someone makes a claim, they are supposed to support it. the second person shouldn't even need to ask them to back up their claim.

Action of the Five Building Blocks of Qi (Energy System)
by Ramel Rones, August 25, 2014
Action of the Five Building Blocks of Qi (Energy System)
In order to achieve a strong energetic system, we must fine-tune each of the five building blocks until fine-tuning is not necessary.
First Building Block: Strength and Flexibility
Starting with the body building block, we balance between strength and flexibility, which is one of the first steps on a physical level to help the energetic system. By finding balance between your strength and flexibility, stagnation will be removed and the system will be one step closer to its full potential performance. The lack of balance between strength and flexibility creates stress on the energy channels and does not allow the mind to flow smoothly through the body, leading to an unbalanced situation within the system.
One other step is massaging the internal organs through movement or through self-massage. By massaging the internal organs, you remove and circulate energy that is stagnant in the organ area; you lead it into the channels and out throughout the extremities. Also, working with the joints allows the energy to move smoothly between the bones and the muscles, and between the inside and the outside. Maintaining flexibility in the joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments is very important.
Second Building Block: The Breath
Through developing the second building block, the breath, we increase and improve the function of the lungs, allowing more energy to move in. We are supplying every cell in our body with more oxygen, allowing those cells to function and perform better. Moving more oxygen in and more carbon out is a process that also helps you attain a more balanced energetic system. By developing the lungs, you not only take in more oxygen, but also train the mindfulness of your breathing that in turn develops the skill of using the banana to capture the monkey.
Third Building Block: The Mind
The third building block is the mind. The mind is probably the most important aspect of balancing the energetic system. Emotions can create excitement or depression, which leads to lack of balance in the energetic system. If it were only up to the emotional mind, we would not have a balanced system. We are able, however, to monitor ourselves and calm the emotional mind using breathing or other methods. The Taoists refer to this process as "seize the monkey and strengthen the horse." When the monkey is quiet, it will allow the energy to be strong and balanced, which can eventually allow you to connect and harmonize with the energy of the three forces: heaven, human, and earth.
Fourth Building Block: Energetic System
The fourth building block is our energetic system. There are two major schools of thought: the first believes that through fine-tuning until fine-tuning is not needed, each of the other blocks will fall into place naturally. The second believes that all five building blocks need to be fine-tuned, especially the energetic one. The second school of thought is more Taoist than Buddhist. You can find a world of energetic visualizations in Taoist thought that you will not find anywhere else. My personal experience is that both schools have excellent tools so I use the best from both worlds. Some individuals can work and practice every block except the energetic one and will get excellent results, and others will not get results, in which case, focusing on the energetic block sometimes achieves results. That is the reason I keep my mind open and I first try to sense which block will be the most appropriate for each individual to clear.
Fifth Building Block: The Spirit
Through developing the fifth building block, the spirit, we boost our energetic system to places that words cannot describe. Learning to evoke (yang) the spirit and cool (yin) the spirit can lead to abundant energy and great spiritual achievement.
The energetic system consists of two elements, fire and water. The theory is that the system is fiery to start with because of the food we eat and the air we breathe. Because we are more fire than water, we need to constantly cool or calm down the system for the simple goal of achieving balance. One of the methods of cooling the fire is through strengthening and draining the internal energetic baton within the core of the body.
After we strengthen the energy centers, we connect the upper and the lower energy center. This connection creates a baton of energy: two balls of energy in the head and the abdomen and the line connecting them. This baton of energy can become stronger and stronger. The baton is in charge of managing the functions and the operation of the inner body including the immune system. The stronger your baton is, the stronger your immune system is. The Chinese refer to this part of the energetic system as managing qi (energy).
Surrounding the body, we have a bubble or the energy that is about a fist away from our skin, all around us. It is the energy mechanism that deals with forces around us. This energetic bubble behaves as a shield and also as a filter. The stronger your system is, the more efficient this filter is and the better its ability to strain and filter negative forces, as well as deal with positive forces. An efficient filter will allow positive constructive energies to move in and allow negative energies to leave the body. This efficient process is another key element to having a better-balanced system, healthier life, and a stronger performance on a daily basis.
As you can see, once we fine-tune the system, remove the stagnation, build up the center, create a stronger flow, and upgrade the shield and filters, we are one step ahead in dealing with better health. We are now in a state of prevention. Cultivating longevity, and not just health, involves prevention, which requires spending time and energy even when you are not sick and even when you are in your best shape, in order to achieve more success as you age.
Achieving The Balance
Striving for and achieving this balance is a journey that needs to be enjoyed. If you do not enjoy and make the most of this journey, you are defeating its purpose. Building up the system and upgrading it eventually allows you to connect to the other forces around us, the heaven and the earth, or what is considered in Chinese qigong the three forces: heaven, human, and earth. Once your energetic system is strong, regulated, fine-tuned, and balanced, you will be able to fully connect to the other forces. We can all connect to the other forces at certain times in our lives, but by strengthening our own systems, it allows us to experience and sense the other forces at all times, not only when we are deciding to bring our minds into it.
A good example of this mind being in two places, or actually one, is your martial artist mind; it has a strong sense of the lower energy center throughout the day and should have that strong sensation even as you fight and deal with strong forces from the outside. When you can hold the mind in the lower energy center even when you fight, you will be able to have it there throughout the day. If you strengthen and upgrade your energetic system, you will connect to the other forces, experience them, and be one with them at all times.

Benefits of Sunrise and Sunset Tai Chi Series
Most of us experience relief and joy when the end of the working day has come. For our own health, when the end of the day is here it is time to change pace and let go. This “letting go” can be different for each of us as it is a time to relax and recharge. The faster we let go of past activities and focus on the present to refresh, gather forces, and dissolve the tension and stress from the day, the quicker we will be able to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Most of us are shallow breathers. Some of the mind-body prescriptions from both series, Sunset Tai Chi and Sunrise Tai Chi, will introduce you to various breathing techniques, which will develop your lungs and over time you will become a deep breathing individual.

Instant Pot Pumpkin Pudding {allergy-friendly!} | Starting out our holiday morning with a creamy, sweet pumpkin treat most definitely makes me thankful and ready to celebrate! This is one of those recipes that proves special doesn't have to be difficult. Just stir, pour, cook, and chill -- that's really it! | TraditionalCookingSchool.com
We had this for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning…
And this creamy, sweet pumpkin treat sure made me thankful!
This recipe proves that special doesn’t have to be difficult. Just stir together all the ingredients, pour, cook, and chill — that’s really it!
Instant Pot pumpkin pudding isn’t like a liquid-y pudding. This one actually holds its shape (kinda like Christmas pudding), so it’s just as much eye candy as it is yummy for your tummy.
For instance, you may have noticed that gorgeous white liquid running down the sides… That is a lovely (and sugar-free) Coconut-Ginger Glaze. May I humbly suggest that you do not skip this step? 😉 It balances the sweetness of the pudding so nicely, and the ginger is just the right accent to the pumpkin and the coconut. The crispy walnuts on top add the perfect crunch.
Make your holiday table beautiful with this simple, elegant dessert — Instant Pot pumpkin pudding. It’s dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and low in sugar, so I say it counts as breakfast, too!

Serves 5.
Author: Lindsey Dietz
Recipe type: Dessert, Breakfast
Ingredients
For the pumpkin pudding:
½ cup coconut milk (raw milk is also fine if you tolerate dairy)
2 teaspoons sustainably-sourced gelatin
¾ cup packed pumpkin (or well-drained homemade pumpkin puree)
½ cup coconut sugar
1 pastured egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup water
For the coconut-ginger glaze:
¾ cup coconut cream, at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/16 teaspoon stevia
Instructions
Add milk to a saucepan.
Then sprinkle with gelatin.
Turn heat to medium-low to gently heat the milk.
Whisk the milk to dissolve the gelatin.
Then remove from heat.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the milk + gelatin, pumpkin, coconut sugar, egg, spices, and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Then pour into a well-greased 3-cup bowl, souffle dish, or jello mold.
Add 1 cup water and trivet to pressure cooker.
Place the pumpkin pudding on the trivet.
Then put on the lid of your cooker, checking that the seals and all components are in good shape, including being in the sealing position.
If using an electric cooker, set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
With a stovetop cooker, bring to high pressure and maintain pressure for a cook time of 30 minutes.
Then once cycle is complete, if using an electric cooker, hit the Cancel button to turn off the heat.
With a stove-top cooker, remove from heat.
Place a towel over the pressure release knob and allow pot to do a quick pressure release.
Then carefully remove the pudding and allow it to cool to room temperature. Do not disturb it while it cools.
Next, put the pudding into the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, or until it is totally set.
Run a butter knife around the edge of the cooking dish and turn the pudding over on to a plate or cake stand.
Combine the glaze ingredients by whisking in a small bowl until completely smooth.
Then drizzle over the finished pudding.
Finally, garnish with crispy walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
About The Cooking Dish
Any 3-cup glass bowl, mini bundt pan, or souffle dish will work as the “mold”. I used a vintage jello mold to create this stunning pudding.
Just make sure you grease it really well with fat so that the pudding slides right out!
Also, I pressure cooked this pudding right in my Instant Pot, so whatever dish you use needs to fit inside your pressure cooker, and be easily removed.
Do you think you’ll enjoy this Instant Pot pumpkin pudding for breakfast or dessert?

I’m not familiar with that product, as I only use pure beef gelatin from a sustainable source. If it’s meant for Jello, however, it should work.
